We are so lucky to have such a big community of mumsie lovers and during the sale period we sometimes experience a dispatch delays due to the volume of orders. Thank you in advance for your patience during this time - we promise it is worth the wait! 
SALE EXCHANGE TERMS
Sale items are eligible for store credit returns only. (no refunds)
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of parcel delivery Tags must be originally attached. If your return is outside this window you will receive store credit. You can send them back to us in Australia or to our Mumsie hub in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
SHIPPING
U.S Express shipping arrives within 5-7 business days.
Australian STANDARD Shipping is sent by Australia Post. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 4 - 15 business days for delivery on orders. Once your order has shipped please contact Australia Post for any tracking information.

EXPRESS shipping is optional at checkout.
*Shipping for returns is non-refundable. 
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship international orders via various trusted providers depending on your country and best carrier.    
Please note: Not all European countries have a package tracking option, The Mumsie is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels. Depending on your country of origin Customs processing can delay delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update once the package has shipped.

When will you ship my order?
Processing time is 1-3 business days. This excludes Pre Orders which will be shipped as soon as product restocks.
  
What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay? 
This depends on your country and the rules change quicker than babies nap so please do your own research or reach out and we can help!  *Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by The Mumsie for any reason.

Incorrect Address The Mumsie is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit? Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of your selected shipping carrier. The mumsie is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. When we can we track all packages to prevent this from happening.

RETURNS

EXCHANGE + RETURN TERMS 
Full priced items are eligible for refunds, exchanges & store credit returns.
Discount code promotion & Sale items are eligible for store credit returns only. 
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of parcel delivery Tags must be originally attached. If your return is outside this window you will receive store credit. You can send them back to us in Australia or to our Mumsie hub in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Upon delivery and inspection of garment at the mumsie studio, a refund will be issued with email confirmation. Shipping is non-refundable.
For purchases made on sale or with AFTERPAY we only offer exchanges in style or sizes or store credit.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, the package MUST be tracked.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments within 30 days of parcel delivery. Tags must be attached.
Because of the nature of our business, the possibility of your desired size being available is limited. 
Please make sure to get in touch as soon as you realise the sizing is incorrect. If possible we will reserve your preferred size until delivery and inspection of original purchased garment at the mumsie studio. Exchanges can be sent to us at our Australian address or to our hub in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
As a measure of good faith we cover the cost of sending out any new exchange item and the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the original item. Any additional exchange's past this will be at customers expense, packages must be tracked.
