SHIPPING

Australian STANDARD Shipping is sent by Australia Post. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 4 - 15 days for delivery on orders.
EXPRESS shipping is optional at checkout.
*Shipping for returns is non-refundable. 
International orders are shipped by regular air mail. International shipping is calculated per weight. STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping optional at checkout. Shipping times can vary. Please allow up to 1.5 - 3.5 weeks for delivery to all international destinations. Please note: Not all European countries have a package tracking option, The Mumsie is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels. 
Depending on your country of origin Customs processing can delay delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update once the package has shipped.
Where do you ship? Australia and most international countries. 
When will you ship my order?
For non pre orders processing time is 1-3 business days.
Incorrect Address The Mumsie is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit? Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of Australia Post. The mumsie is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. When we can we track all packages to prevent this from happening.
What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay? This depends on your country.  *Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by The Mumsie for any reason.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed garments within 15 days of parcel delivery. Tags must be attached. If your return is outside this window you will receive store credit.
Upon delivery and inspection of garment at the mumsie studio, a refund will be issued with email confirmation. Shipping is non-refundable.
For international orders, we only offer exchanges in styles or sizes, no refunds.
For purchases made with AFTERPAY we only offer exchanges in style or sizes or store credit.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, the package MUST be tracked.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments within 15 days of parcel delivery. Tags must be attached.
Because of the nature of our business, the possibility of your desired size being available is limited. 
Please make sure to get in touch as soon as you realize the sizing is incorrect. If possible we will reserve your preferred size until delivery and inspection of original purchased garment at the mumsie studio.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, the package must be tracked.
