• You may receive denim washes, seasonal colours or discontinued favourites.

• No requests or swaps can be accommodated.

• If you've ordered Mystery Bundles before, we'll do our best to avoid duplicates where possible, but we can't guarantee it.

• Mystery Bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

• If you receive a garment with a genuine manufacturing fault, we'll absolutely look after you in line with our warranty policy.
