We have returns hubs in both the USA and Australia, so exchanges are nice and easy. If you're somewhere else, you can still return your purchase - it might just take a little longer to reach us.

How it works

What's eligible

We accept exchanges on unworn items with the original tags still intact, within 30 days of receipt.

  • Full-priced items: eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Discount-code and sale items: store credit only.
  • Mystery Mumsie items are excluded from refund, exchange or store credit.
